Cyst in left ovary of size 30*20mm
My sister has been suffering from severe stomach pain , in an ultrasound scan it has been identified that she has a cyst in her left ovary of measurement 30*20mm. Please let us know whether the cyst can be dissolved through medication itself or is it mandatory to go for surgery. If surgery is the only solution either it can be laproscopy or open surgery. The photocopy of the scan report is enclosed for your reference. Kindly clarify
