Hello No need to take it It's better you can start 1. Half n hour sun bath every day in mrg 2. Start 1 tsp sesema seeds daily

U should take medicine after breakfast and I would like to suggest u pls take natural source of calcium,take more calcium diet like mil egg etc

Hello sir good evening. Whenever you find the doubt especially in the medicines you have to clear with the doctor itself. Usually almost all the medicines will be taken after the food only to avoid the gastritis except very few medicines and antacids they should be taken at least 30 minutes before the food. So you are calcium tablet to be taken after the breakfast only and only one tablet in one day for one month. Thank you very much.
