Pregnancy test can be taken as soon as you miss your periods. Once pregnancy is confirmed by pregnancy test, ultrasound lower abdomen is suggested to check wellbeing of fetus. Also suggested that you should visit your gynecologist once pregnancy is confirmed so that folic acid etc. Can be started.
Next Steps
in case of any doubts or further queries you can seek online consultation

On 40 th day you should  go for beta hcg test. And after 15 to 20 days you should go for ultrasound to rule out ectopic pregnancy. You can start tab folvite 5mg once a day if test is positive and Tab Duphastone 10mg twice a day can be started. Chat me online on Practo consult app.
