Can i do cardio full body workouts like jumping jacks, squats, split jumps, mountain climbers etc when trying to conceive?
As i am 76kgs and as per my BMI i should reduce 10 more kgs i started doing workouts and brisk walking in treadmill in the speed of 7-8kmph ,
So is this ok to continue or should i stop this to get
pregnant?
Also, My room is in 1st floor where i will have to climb the stairs at-least 4-5 times a day - will this also affect my chances of getting pregnant ?
