Do i need tetnas shot
Today, while my friend and I were playing around, he accidentally scratched me with his fingernail. It is a small, superficial scratch with a small skin break and a little redness. I applied sanitizer to the area.
I am concerned about tetanus. My tetanus vaccination history is:

For this specific fingernail scratch, do I need another tetanus (TT/Tdap) injection, or am I adequately protected based on my recent vaccination?

Take Balanced diet which is mentioned below,
1/3 of food plate should contain bread ( or 4 roti ), pasta, potato and rice.
1/3 of food plate should contain fruits and vegetables.
1/9 of food plate should contain fish, meat, egg, beans and other non dairy sources of protein.
1/9 of food plate should contain milk and dairy foods.
1/9 of food plate should contain food and drink high in fat and/ or sugar.

Abhi wound ko soap aur running water se achhe se wash karein, dry karke clean rakhein. Sanitizer dobara lagane ki zarurat nahi hai, kyunki broken skin ko irritate kar sakta hai.Agar redness/swelling badhe, pus aaye, pain significantly increase ho, fever ho, ya wound deep/dirty ho, to doctor ko dikha dein.
