Few days ago while playing football i twisted my knee and my doctor told me to have and MRI scan and i did. the mri results just came in i want to ask a simple question do i need surgery because i am really scared of it and please tell me how can i avoid surgery

You’ll need an acl reconstruction because your ACL is completely torn. There’s no way around it. You should wait till the swelling completely subsides, but surgery is absolutely necessary
