Do i have autoimmune thyroiditis
My TSH is 2.42, Anti TPO antibodies is 58 an Prolactin is 0.50 Do i have autoimmune disease? Will i need thyroxine? Will i be able to conceive with TPO antibodies of 58. Please reply

Anti TPO antibodies is normal u don’t have thyroditis. If TSH is normal and if u not on treatment u need to continue same. Thyroid treatment is long term. Yes u can conceive by keeping TSH is normal level.
