Do he need plaster on neck?
There is straightening with mild reversal of cervical spine curvature noted. There is linear undisplaced fracture of spinous process, right lamina and right pars interarticularis noted. The vertebral canal shows normal diameter. The neural foramina are normal. The Para vertebral soft tissue is seen normally. The intervertebral dises are normal. No obvious bony cervical ribs seen. Impression: CT findings reveal linear undisplaced fracture of of spinous process, right lamina and pars interarticularis of C7 vertebra.
