I have DNS and my turbunate is enlarged.
Can I take Montelukast (10 mg) + Desloratidine (5 mg) for 2 months regularly? How Jal Neti is useful in this.

You can take anti allergic medication regularly. Usually it doesn’t cause any issues. Jal neti can be done with proper technique if required. It may help to wash out the allergens.

If you have frequent headaches or nasal blockage, then nasal spray containing anti-allergy medications along with oral tablets will be more helpful than tablets alone. Effects of Jal Neti may be variable.
Jal Neti and the monteleukast-desloratadine tablet are useful in managing allergic rhinosinusitis related nasal congestion, stuffiness, sneezing, itching and runny nose.
The DNS however, will need surgical correction.
