  4. Dizy or vertigo unsure. But seems okay.

Dizzy or vertigo unsure
3 days ago I started to feel a bit dizzy or lightheaded or vertigo whichever it is and its been getting worse. It usually comes and goes and when I don't have it I feel I'm myself again and when I do have it I don't feel myself. I have been checking my blood pressure and it is usually good around 115/70 and heart rate 70-90 and temperature has been a bit below there normal but seems okay.
