Hey, i have been feeling dizzy and heavy headed the since february 2017. Im only 15 so im still a student, which causes some problems. I have taken 3 MRI’s and all of them were fine, they did not find anything wrong. After going to many doctors they found out that the vestibular system in my left ear is not working. In early august i woke up one day and i wasn’t feeling dizzy at all. I wasn’t dizzy for 12 Days before it all came back. Why wasn’t i dizzy in this period? Why did it come back?

Continuous dizziness lasting for many months is unlikely to be related to vestibular system. Usually chronic vertigo related to vestibular system are intermittent. You need to be assessed in detail regarding type type and duration of giddiness you are suffering from. Identification of cause is important before planning any treatment
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required. Or use direct consultation for detailed review of your problem
