My head is very heavy. Bosy is paining. Feeling very uncomfortable and dizzy. Diabetes 77 after breakfast B.P. 150/100 after dinner

May be due to high BP u can take Amlong  2.5  stat with test ,avoid anxiety , worries,over work load,over thinking and consult your nearest hospital
