Dizziness most of the time
I am having dizziness mostly during day time from morning. I don't have any other issue like nausea. My bp is normal. This problem is there for almost two months. I am a smoker (6/7 per day) and this aggravates after smoking. Please suggest what could be the issue. i don't have any other health issue even in the past.
