There are some benign conditions as benign paroxysmal positional vertigo which often present like your symptoms and requires no aggressive treatment , just some supportive care and maneuvers...also it can be any other origin as middle ear infection which can be only done during examination ... meanwhile you can which side of your turned gives you more dizziness
