Dizziness and vomiting

Asked for Male, 50 Years

I have been feeling dizziness since last month and feels like i have nothing in my head. I sweat for that particular period of time as if i have fever and even feel like vomiting. It is not constant 1 week nothing happened end but t from m last 2 days i am feeling the same
