Dizziness and back head pain
Dr,
I have back head pain sometimes from past 2weeks and while standing or walking feels like i was on boat,pain on upper neck portion,getting angry and not getting intrest on any work,and if i turns my head feels dizzy and getting pressure on my eyes,and getting thoughts like i have big disease like brain tumours,
Actually i have vestibular migrane ,i am not in medication ,is this symptoms which is related to vestibular migrane or any other disease.please suggest

There can be many causes for this.. u get evaluated., till then avoid pillows for sleep.. u will need medications..
