Iam using olmezest h20 tablet for high BP since 5 years, BP is well controlled. But dehydrated due to water pill. Is diuretics is harmful to kidny? Can I stop h combination? Can I use AM insted of H?
Pls suggest.

Diuretic medications are safe for kidney however individual patients will have different response, consult your nephrologist for physical assessment of hydration status along with necessary blood tests before switching medications
