Dear Patient, If night shift is there then quality sleep of 2 hrs in afternoon is must.For other two shifts there is no much problem.

See it may be start of diseases called Insomnia...and one thing we all can notice that if our sleep is not proper then our whole day is like sleeepy means we r not feeling fresh to do any work....see if ur sleep is nt proper then it cause palpitations, constipation,High Bp and these kind of disorders....Because if our Circadian cycle gets disturbed our whole routine get disturbed...
