I am not sleeping well.. i feel distrubance. When i am sleeping i am thinking about any situation in my daily life... many times i try to sleep normally. But i cant. What i do for normal sleep.plz help me

I understand your concern and situation.
I would like to know that do you have stress, headache or any other symptoms? I would suggest you eat protein rich healthy and balanced diet with multivitamins and calcium supplement. Take adequate rest. Develop reading habit before sleeping. Do exercise and meditation for atleat one hour daily. Do get involved in more of physical activity. Sedative like alprazolam are beneficial under doctors guidance. If you have stress then you can consult a psychiatrist.
