Disturbance in testis

Asked for Male, 17 Years

I have some disturbance in testis when i seat and when my testis has between my teo legs then it light paining and disturbing and also when i sleep just keep testis between two legs same it is and normaly it ok no feeling no swelling but it happen that soneting it make disturbance what i do now
