Recementation of crown can be done. Please check the condition of cap and teeth before recementation. If the cap is not in a good condition bcoz of were and tear, please go for a new cap. If the tooth inside the cap is fractured, or tooth is decayed please take a X-ray of the tooth, resolve the tooth issue before going for the cap cementation.

The crown can be re cemented but a few things are to be noted. The tooth inside the crown must be in good condition and no part of the tooth should be fractured. If the tooth fractured the same tooth might need a new crown.
