Had excruciating pain cause of dislocated hip. Got it fixed by a physiotherapist.
Wanna know if I need to rest for some time or can I continue with usual chores? It isn't paining now though.

Hi,
Dislocated hip has been fixed, but you need to continue with hip strengthening exercises as well by yourself. A physiotherapist will surely guide you by prescribing some resisted training of hip by theraband, wgt calf etc.Thank you.
