Discomfort in right testis everytime.

I feel discomfort and mild pain in right testis...actually I got hit by tenis ball while playing cricket 6 years ago... I felt severe pain that time nd went for a Doppler USG nd that was normal but now after starting gym pain and discomfort increased... sir I went for a Doppler again and found a calcified  granuloma in right testis ...sir what should I do??? I talked wid my senior who is a gen surgeon he said u got injury that time but now that is healed properly so no problem....but sir I feel pain and discomfort and tenderness also in right testis what should I do ? Even I m having tenderness since I got hit but sir slowly slowly I got use to with this...but never subsided.... Sir I m not lifting heavy weight also ...I can stop going gym for sometime but not forever as I m a fitness freak...so sir when can I continue workout ?nd plz help me to get rid off this discomfort ???I have attached my Doppler report also.. thank u in advance
