Your symptoms could be due to gastrointestinal tract issues likely, rather than heart related issues.Prolonged sitting is helping you neither.Try getting h pylori antigen test. You can try ganaton total once daily and drotin 40 mg twice daily for a few days
From your description, the symptoms seem more likely due to gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) associated with postural strain from prolonged sitting, rather than a cardiac cause — especially since your ECG is normal.
You can try the following measures:
1. Lifestyle modifications – Avoid lying down for 2–3 hours after meals, eat smaller frequent meals, reduce spicy/fried foods, and elevate the head end of your bed slightly.
2. Posture care – Use an ergonomic chair, take short breaks every hour, and gently stretch your neck to reduce muscle tension.
3. Medications – Discuss with your doctor about adding a prokinetic agent (e.g. Pantoprazole + Domperidone) and antacid syrup or simethicone for bloating.
If symptoms persist despite these measures, it’s advisable to undergo an upper GI endoscopy and evaluation for cervical spondylosis.

Hello
Your description --- chest and neck discomfort after meals, bloating, and mild breathlessness that eases after a couple of hours --- sounds most consistent with acid reflux (GERD) or gastric distension putting pressure on the diaphragm, especially since your ECG is normal. Prolonged sitting in an IT job often worsens it because posture increases acid reflux and bloating.
Likely reasons:
Long sitting hours, irregular meals, caffeine.
Shallow breathing and posture compressing the upper abdomen.
Gastritis or mild hiatus hernia that keeps recurring.
Immediate steps:
Take Pantoprazole + Domperidone (or Rabeprazole + Domperidone) once daily before breakfast for 2 weeks.
Eat small, frequent meals; avoid late-night eating.
Reduce tea, coffee, spicy/oily foods, carbonated drinks.
Don’t lie down for 2–3 hours after meals.
Try light stretching or short walks every hour at work.
If symptoms persist:
An upper-GI endoscopy or ultrasound abdomen can confirm gastritis or hiatal hernia. In rare cases, cervical muscle tension from long sitting can also refer discomfort to the chest.
The condition is very treatable with correct medication and posture correction.

Along with pentaprazole.
Meftal spas ds two times a day after food for 3to5 days.
Your description suggests that the chest and neck discomfort is less likely cardiac, since the ECG is normal and the symptoms are positional and meal-related.
You should not stress as it can elevate your symptoms
Most likely causes can be-
Musculoskeletal pain from prolonged sitting posture (common in IT professionals).
Reflux or acidity, especially as you feel bloating and mild shortness of breath after meals.
