Discolouration of front tooth
I had fractured my front tooth 13years back and now since past a year it's showing signs of discolouration..And I don't have any symptoms of pain or swelling.

Signs of discolouration mean that the innermost pulp in the tooth has been damaged after the fracture and cannot heal itself anymore .. U need a Root Canal treatment after which the tooth is capped.
Next Steps
An X ray of the tooth in question including the tissues around it.
