Hi Sir, Disc de-hydration in the lumbar spine with Osteophytosis. Diffuese Disc protrusion noted at L3-4,L4-5 and L5-S1 disc levels associated with ligamentum flavum thickening causing significant narrowing of spinal canal.Mild narrowing of both neural foraminae noted . Schmods nodes noted at L1-2 and L2-3 levels.
