Dinogest for 6 month for cyst 5.7*4.1cm
I had heavy bleeding. USG showed complex cyst.
My doctor has prescribed dinogest for 5.7*4.1cm complex cyst for 6 months with break (take for 20 days then wait for periods then start again).
After 1 cycle I got period for 2 days only but in second cycle I got only spotting(half day).
Is this normal.
When I stop dinogest will my periods resume to normal.
Any side efect of taking this for 6 months

Firstly I would like to tell you that cyst above 5cm is less likely to resolve medically. And its not just a simple cyst but a complex cyst. Did you have tumor marker evaluation? If yes please attach reports. And hormonals prescribed to be taken minimum of 3 cycles to set up proper hormonal axis. Connect for more detailed information and advice
