Dinogest causing Vaginal Spotting
1.5 months ago i was diagnosed with an Endometriotic cysts of 5.3*4.9 cms. I was put on Dinogest since 1.5 months. I am having Vaginal spotting everyday since 32 days. Everyday moderate spotting all day. I got a scan again and size of cyst reduced to 4.4*2.7 cms now. The size of cyst reduced this much in a period of 1.5 months. There is no other abnormality/finding in the report. My major concern is the vaginal spotting which i am having since 32 days. Is this normal while taking dinogest ? Or treatment is necessary to stop the spotting ?
