Dilation pregnancy
I am 9 month 2 week(37week) pregnant with 1st child.
Today I went for routine checkup doc said my cervix is 1 cm dilated nd ur stomach seems tight according to me . She told me to admit in night or next morning. I don't feel any pain or cramps but I feel my stomach bit harder. What can I do.

You are in early stages of labour and pains may increase for delivery at any time since its your 2nd pregnancy progress can be faster than first so better follow advice given by ur consultant
