I am 7 weeks pregnant. Fetal heartbeat is not shown. Doctor told to abort the baby. She gave me 2 options. 1. Medicinal abortion
2. D&C
Please help me which one is safest and effective? I have to go to hospital tomorrow.
This is my second pregnancy. My first delivery is c-sec.
