I am 23yrs old girl and my weight is 42 kgs
Where in my diet constists of complete diet, nothing less and everything on time still my weight does not increase and falls very soon
I oftenly face problem of gas and have to skip diet for couple of days
I am seriously looking into weight gain as soon as possible
Please help me out exactly what is the problem with me
As noticed my stomach grows faster than any other organ
Should I try with exercise for weight gain ?

There are many reasons for not gaining weight.
Regular eating outside?
Having processed foods refined foods junkfoods etc fatty food's and sweets and cold drinks chocolates regular?
Work out how many hours?
Family history medical history.
Eating habits physical activity life style.
