Digestive issues after gallbladder remov
Having digestive issues after gallbladder surgery in 2018 after which facing some issues like sudden urge to defecate after breakfast sometimes in a week and also excessive fart after flood and sometimes there are undigested food particles in my poop like full peas seed which I ate in dinner but was there in poop next day morning so please tell what to eat to overcome this issue of sudden urge to defecate in the morning . Also my B12 was low

I agree to Ms Neema Yadav’s suggestions and just to add in a few more pointers 1. Masticate or chew each bite 25-30times as you see the whole pea as you have a habit of gulping down more than chewing , most of us do face that issue as we eat on an auto pilot mode not taking care to chew enough until you food is a liquid paste n then gulp down Farting can also be due to the same cause along with chew with your mouth closed and no water intake as the more air bubbles you gulp down ur throat while eating will come out as fart post ur meals

Your sudden urge of hunger is also bcoz of the same reason as u do not chew well ur brain n stomach aren’t satiated hence you keep getting sudden urge to poop as bigger particle push your intestine to empty sooner

Good evening. Yes after gallbladder removal such digestive issues occurred. You have to take easily digestive food items, semi solid diet will be more helpful to you. For vitami B12 you can take for three months in an interval of 10 days after each month.

Less dairy, caffeine, alcohol For vitamin B12- include variety of protein like eggs, poultry, seafood, peas , lentils, nuts and seeds and soy products Fish and red meat are excellent sources of vitamin B12.
