Hello sir. I have been suffering from a constant digestion issues from almost 20 days. The food iam eating is not getting digested and going out. Please recommend something which is helpful. Thank yuo

Exercise, high fibre diet.. use Syp Duphylac 15ml daily night. If symptoms persist show to Gastroenterologist
