Digestion issues or gas trouble
I feel my stomach to be slighlty bloated or gas present many times. There are digestion sounds which come from inside the stomach at times which makes it embarrassing when with people around as people think it is fart sound. Also motion happens 2-4 times daily with passing of more gas almost all the times. Any solution for it? Kindly suggest.
