Your symptoms suggest Laryngopharyngeal Reflux (LPR) or Silent Reflux. What to Do? ✔ Omeprazole + Domperidone (for acid & nausea) ✔ Gaviscon syrup after meals ✔ Eat small, frequent meals; avoid acidic, fatty foods ✔ Stay upright for 2-3 hours after eating ✔ Check for H. pylori & consider endoscopy if no relief See a gastroenterologist if symptoms persist.
