Digestion and light stomach pain
I am having feeling of going to toilets. Light Pain in lower abdomen and sometime toward left and right or stomach as well as at diaphragm. Difficulty in passing stool. Feeling of Gas as well as sometime dizziness. I had taken constipation medicine for last 3 days but still problem is persisting
