Digestion & low back pain
I am suffering from digestion issue and low back pain. There is lot of stiffness and muscle contraction near stomach and abdomen/lower abdomen. I was reading about Crohn's disease and the symptoms looks very similar. Let me know what is right course to get treated properly. I have also gone to the orthopaedic for back pain but xrays were normal.

To diagnose Crohn disease is difficult even after detail histro y and investigation .please consult a gastroenterologist personally
