My wife is having problem sometime in breathing. Her Covid test report is negative. She is using inhailer from last 2 days but still no improvement. Is it due to any kind alergy or any other thing.

First check her oxygen satuartion by pulse oximetry or check her resp rate by counting her breaths in one min. Then only we can comment about the disease.
