U r symptoms are consistent with carpal tunnel syndrome ie compression of median nerve at the level of wrist .its more common among diabetes and thyroid patients.

Your history is incomplete, any history of local trauma and presence of diabetes is to be noted. Whether bases of affected fingers are painful on pressure to be mentioned. Further examinations & necessary investigations are to be done to arrive at the diagnosis & treatment protocol. At this moment avoid gripping & lifting objects with your folded fingers as things might fall due to loose or stiff or painful grip.
