Do breathing exercises.. Don't overthink.. How many seconds you can hold breath.. if you are able to hold breath for 20 seconds or more..I think that's ok. . Any ways always better to take proper full consultation

Is there any change in your voice ? Do regular cardio and Breathing exercises. Consult chest physician and if require get Pulmonary function test

Hello. I assume that you have problems in holding breath for long time. And there are no other complaints like cough, wheezing or chest pain. Singing is an exercise. You need to train and control your voice box. Usually your breath holding should improve slowly by training. Do regular aerobic exercises and breathing exercises. You can consult a pulmonologist in person for further advice.
