I have low PCV, MCV, MCH, haemoglobin and high absolute lymphocyte count -3367. Do I have any serious condition or just a normal infection? . Kindly let me know. . Thankyou!

Hello noted above history and related concerns. As you mentioned above findings on complete blood counts the differential parameter like monocytes are raised against any infections Kindly let me know the history ?? So also proper evaluation??
