Difficulty in breathing
I and civil engineer i have to travel a place where dirty is available. Whenever i does that the next day it cause difficulty in breathing through nose. I can breath comfortably through mouth. My local doctor has prescribe me a tab name Ebasil which is working well but when i stop this medications it start again

Hi From the limited history that we have, it seems that you have an allergic rhinitis. Now since you know what the trigger is, you should take adequate precautions against them. You could wear masks to protect against this dust etc. I would suggest you use an anti histamine such as the one you are using. Usually we would prescribe certain types of nasal spray but until someone examines and we get more info regarding your coexisting medical conditions I would wait.
