Difficulty becoming pregnant
I had ectopic pregnancy last year. Left fallopian tube has been removed. I left with right tube which is not blocked but mild distal tubal dilatation is there as per HSG report. Had IUI last month unfortunately it's unsuccessful. But don't want to go for IUI or IVF further. Is there a chance to get pregnant by trying naturally? Husband's sperm motility is 40%. So what are the chances of becoming pregnant naturally? I'm taking fertisure F and husband is taking fertisure M
