Different type of sounds from upper back
I am suffering from tmj disorder problem. I know that this causes neck and back pain. But I observed that whenever I stretch my neck and back i listen different type of sounds (crunching, popping etc) from my neck and upper back with no such pain (pain is felt a little from thight muscles or i stretch heavily). What are the possible causes for this type of sounds? Please give me your valuable opinion or advice about this problem with detail informations to treat this problem.

Hi.. The popping sounds what you get is from friction so nothing to worry as long as it is painless.. Get your tmj joint treated for permanent relief.. Let us know what is the concern.. Neck and back issue could be due to posture kindly try and maintain it.. Do involve in some training activity.. Do lot is stretches. Hope this is helpful for you
