I went to two doctors. In one prescription, for left eye, the Cylinder & Axis are nil whereas in the other prescription the the Cylinder is +50 & Axis is 90 for both Dist and Near. It is for progressive lense. On what basis should I get the glasses?

I think the optician should be able to solve your query. Ask them to show you both the prescriptions with the vision board and then you decide which is better for you.
