I plan to lose weight in a month to go down to size 18-16 for my school prom. My BMI however states me as 'Very Overweight'. For many times i have been struggling to lose weight, one day i will be very determined and the next few weeks later i give up. I find it so hard to lose weight nowadays especially with exams i don't want more stress added on

Take high fiber low fat diet.take lot of fresh fruits and vegetables which will keep your fresh and active for exams also and give you lot of fiber to reduce weight.take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs drink lot of water everyday. Ask me directly for detailed diet plan.
