I have been diagnosed with chondromalacia patellae. Could you suggest a balanced diet for me that includes calcium. I am a non vegetarian who lives in coastal area.

Hi, Generally speaking try to have calcium rich diet including milk & milk products, nuts & seeds, green leafy vegetables & fish etc. Try to take calcium supplements as advised by the Physician.
