Add turmeric ,clove,tulsi,watet,home made protein powder,home made kadha,immunity home based drink add more fruits,salad .and take balance diet .

Diet could  not  prevent Covid but * frequent washing of your hands with soap *wearing the mask, *safe social distancing will help you for sure to prevent covid 19. Well balanced diet , healthy lifestyle will help you to fight against any infection, Right nutrition will help fast recovery, may reduce severity  of disease.

have well balanced diet. take  necessary  precautions as suggested by govt of india/ ICMR avoid  Stress take proper sleep Follow healthy lifestyle Drink adequate water. Stay safe.
