Hello, i recently started gymming and im on keto diet i.e i have only paneer around 200 gms per day , cheese cube , spinach and 10 eggs per day .. i have no problem in digestion as far now but will it have any side effect? on the skin or in the system ? as in high protien diet. i do have plenty of water daily

Hello there we understand your query and we appreciate your concern towards your body and staying fit. It is very good.that you have started dieting.and that is a very good diet plan but it has high protein and enough of carbohydrates for the day and it seems that it is also Rich in iron and calcium but what about the other nutrients like potassium, vitamin b12 etc. It won't be having any effect on you health or skin. Do continue but take fiber rich and banana to be balanced.
