What should be the ideal  diet for covid positive person which will increase the recovering speed!! Please suggest 1 day diet denomination

Diet should be rich in green leafy vegetables sprouted beans, fruits, lemons or Amla and Protein containing food like Milk, Egg, Fish, Pulses etc. If you are diabetic consider total Calories intake and it's safer to consult a doctor or dietitian for full diet chart.

Balanced diet to be taken... Preferably diet rich in protein and fiber is recommended... Atleast 3liters of water per day is must as there ll be chances of dehydration in covid positive pattients
